Privacy Policy

Effective date: Oct 17, 2026

Pax Law LLC ("Pax Law," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through paxlawllc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect what you choose to share. That can include your name, email address, phone number, the type of legal help you're interested in, your preferred way to meet, and your message.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form or by email before we have agreed to represent you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website host and analytics tools collect standard technical data. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time spent on each page, and the site that referred you. Much of this is collected through cookies (see below).

How we use information We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation

• Check for conflicts of interest before discussing your matter, as the rules of professional conduct require

• Provide legal services if you become a client

• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

• Protect the Site from spam, fraud, and misuse

• Comply with our legal and professional obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Site uses them to work properly, remember your cookie choice, and measure traffic. The tools we use include:

• GoDaddy (our website host), which provides site analytics

• Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our contact form from spam. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• [Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, only if enabled. Otherwise delete this line.]

You can decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How we share information We share personal information only:

• With service providers that help us operate the Site and our practice, such as our website host, email provider, and practice-management software. They may use it only to provide services to us.

• When required by law, court order, or the rules of professional conduct

• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Pax Law, our clients, or others

• With your consent

Attorney-client confidentiality Using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only after we confirm in writing that we will represent you. Once you are a client, your information is also protected by our duty of confidentiality under the rules of professional conduct, which is stricter than this policy.

Security and retention We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Email and the internet are never completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us. We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and run conflict checks. We keep client files for the period required by our professional and legal obligations.

Your choices You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and as required by any law that applies to you. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or professional obligations, such as conflict-of-interest records.

Children's privacy The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites The Site links to outside sites, such as our Facebook page and government resources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
